You will receive these recovery codes in an email from AccountSupport@ubi.com with the subject line 2-Step Verification Recovery Codes. If you cannot find this email, we recommend checking your SPAM/Junk folder.
If you have enabled the feature on your mobile device, you can also request a text message with a recovery code.
Should you lose access to your verification method or have trouble generating a valid code, we recommend temporarily disabling the security feature. You can then set it up again to receive another set of recovery codes.
