There are numerous reasons, situations or circumstances as to why you are not able to perform purchases within the game. Please check and try the following steps:-
- Check your internet connection and make sure it’s stable.
- Verify if you filled-in all the required billing details.
- Check if you have received a receipt from the app store you are using (e.g. Google Play or iTunes App Store). It should have been sent to you via email.
- Re-log (Log out then log in again) in to the game.
- Sometimes, restarting the device can help with this issue.
I didn’t get my order!
If your purchase hasn't been processed instantly, you may need to exit the game, restart it and log back in. A fresh connection with the server may speed up the process along to access your new content.
If your order has still not been completed following the restart, it may take up to 1 hour to appear in game. If you were not able to receive the Gold that you purchased please do escalate it to us by contacting us via our Game Support page. In order to process your request for assistance make sure you include a copy or screenshot of your Receipt of Purchase. Again, keep in mind that the receipts are absolutely required to verify your claim so please do include it in your message to us; we will not be able to properly process your case if we do not have the said requirements above. Where do I find my Gold purchase history?
To review your purchase history, please check the guides below:-
1. Enter payments.google.com, then log in with your desired Google account
2. Select “Transactions” to display your Play Store order history.
3. Choose an individual entry to view its corresponding receipt.

2. Select your username (this should be your e-mail address), and choose “Account”
3. Scroll down to “Purchase History”, and choose “See All”
