Changing the email on your Ubisoft account

To change the email address of your Ubisoft account:

​​​​​​•  Go to the Account Information page.
​​​​​​•  Sign in with your Ubisoft account if you are not signed in automatically.
​​​​​​•  Choose Edit in the Private information section.
•  Select Change next to your email address.
•  Follow the link included in the email that was sent to your current email address.
•  Enter your new email address in the pop-up.
Please note that this email should not be in use by another Ubisoft account already.
•  Select Change to complete the process.

Your updated email address should now be displayed in the Private information section.

Please note that if you no longer have access to the email address tied to your Ubisoft account, you will need to get in touch with us and attach additional information to your support case.

Please include a new email address that is not already linked to another Ubisoft account.

If you are playing on PC, please add a valid proof of purchase for any Ubisoft PC game activated on your account.

If you are playing on console only, please provide us with clear images or screenshots of:

The signed in console profile on your platform, which is linked to your Ubisoft account.
Your console profile signed into the account management website (Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony) of your platform.
Your signed in Ubisoft account on the Ubisoft Support page.
