To submit files (for example DxDiag, MSInfo or screenshots) to support, you can either create a new support ticket or update an existing case.
Files can be up to 5MB each. If you find that your files are too large, try compressing the file and uploading the .zip folder you have created.

If you need to create a new case:
• Open an support case.
• Select the + Add Files button.
• Pick the files you want to add.
• Select Submit My Case to submit your ticket with the files you have attached.
• Select the + Add Files button.

• Select the three horizontal lines button at the top of the Ubisoft Support website.
• On the menu that appears, select My Cases.
• Pick the Case Number you would like to attach files to.
