Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information to the email address used during checkout.
You can also view the tracking information for your order through the My Orders section of the Ubisoft Store.
• Go to the Ubisoft Store.
• Log in by selecting the avatar icon at the top right corner of the page.
• Once logged in, select this icon again
• Choose My Account.
You will find order summary details under the Order History tab.
If your order is a pre-order title, you might receive your tracking number several days before the release. Please be aware that your tracking number will only start working once your parcel is on the way to you.
