When Dedsec operatives are arrested, you will not be able to use them for a short period of time. 

You can check how long the operative will be in jail for by opening the Team tab in the main menu. Your team member's icon will how how much time needs to pass in-game before they are available again. 


Operatives can be bailed out through the Bail Out ability and some operatives will have shorter or longer jail time if they have the Light Sentence or On Probation abilities.
