If you purchased a NEW sealed copy of Rocksmith 2014 Remastered from an approved vendor, please open a support ticket here
When Creating the ticket:
- Select the platform you purchased the game on
- Select Rocksmith 2014 from the games dropdown
- Please provide your vendor and date of purchase as requested in the case body
- Please include an image of your proof of purchase
In many cases, keys will be missing if you have purchased a USED copy of the game. If you purchased a USED copy of the game, you may be able to buy a new key online through the digital store on your gaming platform.
If you purchased the game and did not receive an activation key, you will need to contact your vendor as they are responsible for supplying you with an activation key with your purchase. If you cannot locate your key by reviewing your purchase history, proof of purchase, or contents of the game case, you will need to contact the support team for your vendor for further assistance.
If you purchased from the Ubisoft Store, you may have done so from another Ubisoft Account.
