Error message "A Ubisoft service is not available at the moment"

This message appears when Ubisoft Connect is unable to connect to the service and can happen for a number of reasons. First you should:
 
•  Check our social media channels (Facebook and Twitter) or the news banners on our support page to see if there is an ongoing degradation of online services.
•  Make sure that Ubisoft Connect's connection isn't blocked.

If there is no degradation and you have configured the connection for Ubisoft Connect properly, you can try these workarounds:

•  Disable IPv6 on the system you are trying to use Ubisoft Connect with. 
•  Perform an SFC scan on the computer you are using, as the issue could be caused through damaged system files.

Should you still receive this error message after completing the suggested steps please get in touch, attaching Msinfo and DxDiag system files as well as your Ubisoft Connect log files to your case.
