Controller app connection issues

Please note that the Controller application has been discontinued for Just Dance 2015. We have information on supported titles and consoles available. 

If your phone and console are not linking, please check:
 
•  The Wi-Fi network.
Your phone and console need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network in order to communicate with each other.
•  Your phone.
Ensure that Wi-Fi is turned on, and that your phone is not set to airplane mode or do not disturb. 
•  Your console.
Make sure that Wi-Fi is activated on your console, and that it is connected to your network.
•  The LAN cable.
If you are using a wired connection, check that the cable is securely connected to your router.
•  The timing of the connection.
Ensure that you are launching the app's detection process after selecting Mobile device as your scoring method.
