Unable to share items, open Gear Crates or buy items


If you are in a situation where a feature is greyed out (as shown in the picture below), you are probably disconnected or in offline mode

To solve this issue, please make sure that Ubisoft Connect PC is launched in online mode.

If you are not in offline mode, we would recommend following the instructions provided in our connectivity troubleshooting guides for PC, PS4, Xbox One or Nintendo Switch
