Changing the email on your Ubisoft account

To change the email address currently associated with your Ubisoft account:

​​​​​​•  From the Account Information page choose Edit in the Private information section.
•  Select Change next to your email address.
This will send an email with further instructions to the address displayed in the pop-up.

•  Follow the link included in the email.
•  Enter your new email address in the pop-up.
Please note that this email cannot be linked to another existing Ubisoft account

•  Complete the process by selecting Change.

Your updated email address should now be displayed in the Private information section.

Please note that if you no longer have access to the email address tied to your Ubisoft account, you will need to get in touch with us to complete this change.

To help us process your request, please include additional information in your support case:

If you are playing on PC please add a valid proof of purchase for any Ubisoft PC game activated on your account.

Should you be playing on console only, please provide a clear image of being signed into the console profile linked to your Ubisoft account. We will also require a screenshot of your console profile logged into the account management website (Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony) of your platform, and Ubisoft Support with your Ubisoft account username visible.

Finally, please include your new email address. Please note that this email cannot be linked to another existing Ubisoft account.
