Can I remove a link between the game and Facebook?
You will not be able to unlink a Facebook account from within the game.

Eliminating the link is possible if you request it from our support team, but it will reset your game and you will have to start from the beginning. 


How can I find my Account ID?
Find your account IDs:
1. Tap on the “More” Icon on the lower-left side of the screen
2. Select “Options”
3. Select “Support”
4. Select ""Support IDs""
5. Your Guest and Social IDs will be displayed on the screen


How do I change the language in my game?
The language of the app is based on the language selected for your device.


How do I ensure my game save is backed-up?
Currently, there are two options to back-up your game save. If you are on an iOS device, you can authenticate your account with Facebook or the App Store. If you are on Android, you can only authenticate your account with Facebook. We plan to add secondary authentication for Android devices with Google Play in a later update.

To manage your account, tap your Brotherhood name to access your Profile.

You will only be able to link your game save to one account at a time, meaning you will not be able to link your game to both Facebook and the App Store. Further, you will not be able to transfer your game save from Facebook to the App Store or vice versa.

We highly recommend that you back up your game save using one of the available authentication methods. This will allow you to migrate your save to a new device or recover a missing save later.


I tried to Promote my Hero then lost all their DNA Fragments! What happened?
Typically this happens when a connection error occurs when Promoting, but the Promotion still happens in the background.

When the time the Promotion would have taken will have passed, your Hero should have their Rank raised!

My account was reset and I've lost everything!
Make sure your game account is linked to your Facebook account.
1. Restart the device
2. Force stop and cache clear the app
3. Make room on the device
4. Make sure the device and application are fully updated
5. Reinstall the app
6. Factory reset (will delete everything on your device)
7. If the problem persists, contact Customer Support through the game: Tap More > Options > Support > Customer Support


My game is crashing/freezing, what should I do?
Make sure your game account is linked to your Facebook account.

My missions screen is blank. What happened?
Typically this happens when the map is zoomed in and the screen needs to be "pinched" with two fingers to zoom out, revealing the whole map.


What devices can I use to play Assassin's Creed Rebellion?
The game runs on iOS 9 and later versions. Older devices may not be supported.

On Android, most recent devices are also supported from Android OS 4.3 and later versions.
The game is optimized for Android devices with at least 2GB of memory ram.


What to do if my game is not launching?
