Every vehicle you crafted or purchased will be available from its respective storage location. 
Helicopters can be accessed from the Helipad.
Some will have a padlock icon over them - this means that you have to meet certain requirements, for example complete a specific objective, to get access to the item!
Highlight any vehicle to see how you can unlock it. Items with a (C) icon next to them can be purchased with Far Cry Credits.
