If this error code systematically appears for you, preventing you from accessing the game, we would advise experimenting with the privacy settings on your Xbox Live account. To reach those settings:
1 - Sign in to your Xbox.
2 - Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.
3 - Select Settings > All Settings.
4 - Under Privacy & online safety, select Xbox Live privacy.
5 - Select the Adult Defaults option and try again.
