This error appears when you are logged into the wrong Ubisoft Connect account while launching our game through Steam.

• In Ubisoft Connect, select your account username in the top-right corner.
• Select Log out.
• Select Log out.
• Enter the login details of the account your game is activated on.
• Try launching your game again through Steam.
You should now be able to run the game.
