DISABLING TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION

You can disable Two-Factor Authentication -- or 2-Step Verification -- from the Ubisoft Account Management site by following the steps below:

  • Login to your Ubisoft Account.
  • After logging in, navigate to the Security Settings tab.
  • In the 2-Step Verification section, click on edit and then Disable 2-Step Verification button to begin the process.
