• You might have redeemed the code but you didn't get the mail with the key.

If you have activated your code but you didn't receive any emails from us, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our support team. When contacting us, please include a screenshot or a picture of your code. This will allow our agents to have a better understanding of your situation.
