Error message ND-008-02 or DE-008-02 in Steep

If you receive this error message, you probably have an old Ubisoft account linked to your PSN ID, Xbox network or Steam account. 

To fix this, please
- check if the right Ubisoft account is linked to your console/Steam account
- check if you entered all necessary details on your Ubisoft account (such as name, email address, date of birth...)

If you have the correct account containing all details linked to your console or Steam account but the error still occurs, please feel free to contact us
