Character Progress Transfer

QUESTION:

I just realized that I have been playing on the wrong account. Can I transfer my character's progress over to my other account? 

ANSWER:


Due to the way save data in The Division is tied directly to a player's account ID inside the database, there is no way to transfer character progression from one account to another. 

If you play on PC and qualify to have your activation (the game itself) transferred to a different Uplay account, we can honor your request but as previously mentioned, any character progression will not transfer along with the game. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
