Changing the email on your Ubisoft account


How can I change the email address associated with my account?


To change the email address currently associated with your Ubisoft account:

•  Head to the Account Information page.
​​​​​​•  Click the Edit button in the Private information section.
•  Select Change next to your email address.
This will send an email with further instructions to the address displayed in the pop-up.

•  Click the link contained in the email.
•  Enter your new email address in the pop-up.
Please note that this email cannot be linked to an existing Ubisoft account.

•  Complete the process by clicking Change.

Your updated email address should now be displayed in the Private information section.

Please note that if you no longer have access to the email address tied to your Ubisoft account, you will need to get in touch with us to complete this change.

To help us process your request, please include additional information in your support case:

If you are playing on PC please add a valid proof of purchase for any Ubisoft PC game activated on your account.

Should you be playing on console only, please provide a clear image of being signed into the console profile linked to your Ubisoft account. We will also require a screenshot of your console profile being logged into the account management website (Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony) of your plattform.

Finally, please add your new email address. Please note that this email cannot be linked to an existing Ubisoft account.
