Emptying the cache of Uplay might help solve some technical issues.
To empty the cache of Uplay, please follow below steps:
- Close the application Uplay
- Locate the Ubisoft Game Launcher/Uplay folder by right- clicking on the Uplay icon on your Desktop and choosing Open file location
The default location is: C:/Program Files(x86)/Ubisoft/Ubisoft Game Launcher
- Rename the cache folder to something else e.g cachebackup
- Relaunch Uplay application and check if the issue still occurs
