I purchased a currency pack but my balance in-game has not been updated. Why?

ANSWER:


As part of our ongoing efforts to improve and maintain the security of player accounts, some transactions may be referred for a risk assessment by our automated security system.

If your purchase is referred, you will receive an in-game notification, and an e-mail with more information will be sent to the address associated with your Ubisoft account.

Please note that this only applies to purchases made on PC versions of the game. Console purchases have a grace period of 24 hours to allow for first party processing.
