Phone numbers are reviewed across a variety of factors, assessed by our external partner, which are beyond the control of Ubisoft. In order to avoid fraud, SMS messages are not sent to phone numbers that have been identified as “suspicious”.
If the number you've entered is considered suspicious, you may fail to receive an authentication SMS. We recommend that you attempt the authentication again at a later time, or to authenticate with a different phone number. Please avoid numerous repeat authentication requests, as this can also cause your phone number to be labeled as suspicious.
