Removing payment information

To remove stored payment information from your Ubisoft account, please follow these steps:

On the Web Store:
  • Navigate to the My Account page of the Ubisoft Store website. 
  • Once logged in, a list of all stored credit cards will be visible under your Order History. 
  • You may remove any saved payment methods by selecting the small "x" in the top right-hand corner of the method you would like to remove.

On Ubisoft Connect:
  • Choose your account name in the top right of the Ubisoft Connect client, then select Payment Information.
  • You may remove any saved payment methods by selecting the small "x" in the top right-hand corner of the method you would like to remove.

Ubisoft+:
In the case of Ubisoft+, payment information cannot be removed while a subscription is active. You will need to cancel your subscription first and wait until the subscription period has ended before the payment method can be removed. 
 
Customer Support is unable to remove payment information for you.
