Season Charm not received

If a player didn't receive their charm for this Season, it might be one of these two situations:
 
• The Ubisoft Account received a 15-Day sanction for being boosted by a cheater. In this instance, in accordance to our Code of Conduct, they will, amongst other penalties, not receive the charm. Note that any suspected breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Use will lead to an investigation. Ubisoft reserves the right to suspend, ban, or delete any User’s account without prior warning or notice in those instances.

• The Ubisoft Account was not banned, but played during this season and qualified for a ranked reward. If this is the case, please contact our support team! Our agents will be more than happy to investigate this issue.
