Premium Credits not received in The Division 2

The first thing to do is to is confirm if the Premium Credits haven't been delivered.

If you are unable to find the Premium Credits in-game, please check your transaction history to make sure that the purchase went through. Here's how to check your translation history on Uplay PCPS4Epic or Xbox One.

If the transaction appears but you didn't receive your Premium Credits, please allow some time for the balance to be updated. Though Premium Credits will be immediately added to your game in most cases, it might sometimes take up to 24 hours.
