To complete a level in Rabbids Coding, you will have to use the code blocks in the right combination to reach the goal.
Some code blocks have options, so called parameters, that you will have to adjust to find the right solution. You can change a parameter by left clicking and then selecting one of the displayed options.
Below you can find what each code block does:
Action code blocks
Action code blocks are red and allow you to perform actions like Drop a sausage or to move in a certain direction.
Some Action code blocks can have parameters e.g. the Turn. Click on it to see in which directions you can have the Rabbid or Robot turn.
Condition code blocks
Condition code blocks are brown and allow you to execute sub blocks if a condition is true.
If the Robot is Above a Rabbid perform the Catch action.
If code block
If code block are green and are used to check or test if a certain condition is true.
You can add any code blocks inside the If code block and as long as the condition you are testing for is true, the code will be executed.
E.g. If the Rabbid can Move Foward, Move Forward.
If / else code block
Similar to the If code block the If / else code block is green too and checks if a condition is true.
If the condition is not true, also called false, the code inside the else bracket is executed.
E.g. You are testing if the Rabbid can Turn Right. If it can not Turn Left.
Repeat code block
Repeat code blocks or "loops" make it possible to repeat
an action or action sequence a defined number of times.
The blocks to be repeated must be placed inside it.
It is possible to put loops inside other loops.
Once your actions have been performed the set number of times, it will continue to run the rest of the code.
Repeat while code block
The Repeat while code block is performing the same actions in a loop as long as a condition is true.
So you can e.g. have the Rabbid Move forward as long as he can.
There is also a parameter here that allows you to loop the steps until a condition is true.
You can e.g. make the Rabbid Move Backward until he is standing Above An orange tile.
