Unusual billing amounts for Ubisoft+

You may have been billed pro rata i.e. the numbers of days you used the Ubisoft+ service rather than the regular subscription fee

There are a few circumstances in which you may be billed for a different amount:
• you may be billed for one day or more due to time zone differences.

• the billing day or cycle may have been shifted due of a temporary suspension of your subscription.

Once the irregular billing amount has been settled, your subscription will be invoiced with the regular Ubisoft+ subscription fee and your billing date will be adjusted automatically to reflect the start of the new billing period.
