Reporting unauthorised purchases on your account

We understand that finding unrecognized charges on your card is concerning, whether a family member made the purchase without your permission or someone you do not know.

In case you find any strange transactions related to our games or the Ubisoft Store, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Please include the following information in your report:

• Name on the card.
Include the full name and the way the name appears on the card if different.
• Email of the account.
Provide any email addresses you believe could be associated with the potential fraud.
• Date and time of the transaction.
• Transaction amount.
• Transaction ID.

This will allow us to secure your card by preventing further purchases being made from the account(s) it was used on and refund purchases made while your payment method was compromised.

We also strongly recommend contacting your bank or payment provider to re-secure your payment method. Most payment providers offer additional security features you can set up to prevent future misuse by unauthorized persons.
