Payment failed when subscribing to Ubisoft+

Your payment may fail if there is a problem with your payment method. We advise you check and update your payment method as a first step.

Please ensure you have:

• Checked your card expiration/validity dates.
• Confirmed your bank account balance/credit limit can cover the payment.
• Made sure that your account is enabled for recurring online transactions.

Please note that if you are already subscribed to the service, your access to Ubisoft+ will be suspended if the payment is not processed within 48 hours.
