You can find your order by going to the Order Summary page on the Ubisoft Store.

• To find this information:
• Go to the Ubisoft Store.
• Select the login option on the right side of the Store home page.

• Once you have logged in with your account information, the login option will be your account avatar.
• Hover over your avatar and select the MY ORDERS option from the menu that appears.
• You will be taken to a complete list of your past order details.
• Here, you can locate the order you are curious about.
• Click on View order details to see more information about your order.

You can download your receipts by clicking Download Invoice. The downloaded receipts will list the billing and shipping information that you entered, as well as the items purchased.

Note: Orders placed through Uplay or the Ubisoft Merch Store will not show on the Ubisoft Store.

You can find this information on the “My orders” section of the Uplay store. 

• Launch the Uplay Client 
• Login to the account you used to place your order.
• Click on your account name in the top right and click on MY ORDERS.
• Here, you can locate the order you are curious about.

Note: Orders placed on the Ubisoft Store or Ubisoft Merch Store will not show in Uplay.
