Generating a DirectX Diagnostic report

DirectX Diagnostic (DxDiag) reports are useful for collecting information about your hardware and identifying common issues.

To generate the report:
1. Open the Run command.
You can do this by holding down the Windows + R keys on your keyboard or searching for Run in your system.
2. Type dxdiag in the dialogue box.
3. Click OK or press Enter.
This will open the DirectXDiagnostic Tool.
4. Click Save All Information....
5. Save the file to your Desktop.

We may ask you to attach a DxDiag report to your support case to help us troubleshoot technical problems.

Do not hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
