Eivor can equip a torch that will help you in dark places or be thrown and dropped to set things on fire.
Keyboard and mouse
To equip a torch press and hold the T key.
You can throw a torch press the right mouse button to aim and the left mouse button.
The torch can be dropped by holding down the R key.
Controller
To equip a torch press and hold the down arrow on the D-Pad, select the torch icon with the right joystick and let go of the D-Pad.
When you want to throw a torch use the left trigger to aim and the right trigger to let go.
To drop a torch press the right trigger on your controller.
Dropped torches can also be used to light your arrows!
Please note if you engage in combat while carrying a torch you will not be able to drop it. Try unequipping it by following the equipping steps again or throwing it instead.
