Missing Ubisoft Wallet funds

Please note that the Wallet is only available in Canada and the US at this time.

Crediting funds to your Ubisoft Wallet is usually instantaneous, but it may take a couple of seconds to update the balance in the Ubisoft Connect PC client.

If your balance is incorrect, please refresh the webpage you are currently on or head to the Wallet management page to see if your funds balance has been updated. 

In the event that your balance was not updated on the Wallet management page, please reach out to us and attach your proof of purchase for to funds to assist our investigation.
