These codes only work on Ubisoft Store orders. Only one discount code can be used per order. The discount code is not valid for pre-orders, in-game currency, UPLAY+ or newly released titles. Newer titles exit the new release window three months from the official launch date. Deleting a Ubisoft Wallet
Please note that the Wallet is only available in Canada at this time. Should you require to have your Ubisoft Wallet deleted from your Ubisoft account please reach out to us. Please be aware that you will lose the unused balance of your Ubisoft Wallet when deleting the Wallet from your account. Feel free to get in touch if you have any other questions.

Cancelling my Ubisoft Store pre-order
Digital itemsPre-orders of eligible digital Ubisoft titles may be cancelled as long as the product has not been delivered, typically, up to the title's official release day. To cancel your pre-order for a digital item, select the Ask for a refund link next to the relevant product on the Order History page of the Ubisoft Store. Physical itemsThe cancellation period for pre-orders can vary between 15 and 30 days, depending on the product. Once we being preparing to ship your order, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation. Physical products will be shipped to arrive on or after the official release date, depending on the shipping method selected during checkout. If you are unable to contact us to cancel the pre-order, you can return the product in its original condition or reach out to your courier to refuse the shipment.
