Website Login Errors

If you're encountering errors when attempting to login to a Ubisoft website, we would first recommend that you check to ensure that your browser is configured to accept third party cookies.

Next, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. If that does not resolve your problem, you can try using a different browser such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Safari, and clearing that browser's cache and cookies as well prior to attempting to login.

Additionally, you can try using a feature called Private Browsing or Incognito Browsing.

  • In Firefox, click on the Firefox button in the upper-right corner, and select New Private Window.
  • In Chrome, click on the 3 horizontal lines to the right of the URL bar, and choose the option for an Incognito Window.
  • In Internet Explorer, click on the gear icon in the upper-right corner, select Safety, and then select InPrivate Browsing.
  • In Safari, click File, and then choose New Private Window.

You will also want to check the version of your browser and web content plugins such as Adobe Flash Player, downloading and installing any updates that may be available.

Please note that especially high traffic to our sites may also cause intermittent issues which may resolve after a brief wait.

If the problem persists, please let our support team know of any specific error messages that you are seeing.
