Changing Saved Shipping Information

How do I change the saved shipping information on my account?

ANSWER:


Changes to the saved shipping information can be made through your account page on the Ubisoft Store website.

To change the shipping information stored on your account:
 
• Click on Login in the top right-hand corner of the website, and log into your Ubisoft Account.
• Once logged in, hover over your username and select My Account.
• On this screen, you will see a list of all saved shipping/billing addresses on the account. 
• New addresses can be added by clicking the + icon.
Outdated or unused addresses can be removed by hovering over the address and clicking the X icon.

Please note that this will not affect orders that have been placed. Changing the delivery details for completed purchases is subject to a different process.
