How can I change the country or region of my account?


The country that is listed under your Ubisoft account can affect certain features and services, and it is important to ensure it matches your current location.

To change the country or region of your account, please submit a support ticket. 

When submitting the change request, please include the following information in your support ticket:

Email Address:
Date of Birth:
Xbox Gamertag/PSN ID/Nintendo ID (If applicable):
Games registered to the account (including CD Keys if possible):
Correct Country:
