Error 0002000115 in For Honor

QUESTION:

While playing For Honor I got an error message: 0002000115. What does this mean?

ANSWER:

We are aware that some PC players receive error 0002000115 when trying to join a multiplayer match, during the matchmaking phase. We are currently investigating this issue.

We thank you for your patience while we look into this. In the meantime, please try the following workaround:

1) Navigate to your game's install directory. By default, the directory is C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\games\ForHonor

2) Sort all files in this directory by date.

3) Move all *.forge files that have been created prior to the installation of the release version of For Honor into a different folder.

We recommend that you create a backup folder just for this purpose.

Here is an example of the directory containing outdated *.forge files. (The dates and times will vary for you.)

4.) VERIFY YOUR GAME FILES IN UPLAY PC. If you use Steam, THIS IS HOW YOU VERIFY YOUR GAME FILES.

If this should not resolve the issue, please also try the steps outlined in our FAQs here:
