Photo Mode in Far Cry New Dawn

QUESTION:

How does Photo Mode work in Far Cry New Dawn?

ANSWER:

Photo Mode in Far Cry New Dawn lets you immortalise the weird and wonderful of Hope County in high quality pictures, with the added benefit of being in full control of the camera position.

You can enter Photo Mode from the pause menu while in-game.

When you enter the mode, the game will remain paused and the camera will switch to a third person view.

You can move the camera freely to find the best angle for your shot and make it unique using the available customisations:

Camera - Camera View, Roll Camera
Characters - Hide Player, Facial Expression, Change Pose, Hide Characters, Hide Animals
Filters - Chromatic Aberration, Film Grain, Filter, Filter Intensity
Frames - Vignette Intensity, Frame, Logo, Logo position
Lens - Field of View, Depth of Field, Focus Distance Aperture
Light - Time of Day, Brightness, Contrast, Gamma

Remember to hide the interface (Toggle UI) before taking the picture!

On PS4 and Xbox One, you can use the consoles' built-in functions to save and share your photos.

On PC, press Space to save the snapshot. The default save location is: C:\Users\%username%\Documents\My Games\Far Cry New Dawn\Screenshots.

Please note that there may be specific moments, for example in the middle of certain animations, in which Photo Mode will be unavailable.
