What are the device requirements to play Might & Magic: Chess Royale?

For Android
Might & Magic: Chess Royale is compatible with Android devices with at least 2 GB of RAM and running Android 5.1 and up.
Most tablets and phones meeting these requirements should run the game correctly.
For iOS
Might & Magic: Chess Royale is compatible on iOS devices with at least 1 GB of RAM and running iOS 10.0 and up.
Specifically, iPhone 6S and more recent devices should run the game correctly.
For PC

How is my progression saved in Might & Magic: Chess Royale?

On Windows: Progress is saved online, and always synchronized to your Ubisoft Connect account.

On iOS, macOS and Android: Progress is saved online, however for technical reasons we do not currently have synchronization or account recovery options. Please keep the game installed on the same device at all times.

Cross-progression to play with one profile on several devices is not currently supported.

How do I switch off music or sound effects in Might & Magic: Chess Royale?

Music and Sound effects can be independently enabled/disabled within the Settings, accessed from your Profile Icon on the Main Menu.

I left or was disconnected from the game. Did I lose my progress?

If you were unable to rejoin your current game after being disconnected, fights still continued automatically for your account. Depending on your final rank, Trophies were earned or lost as usual.

Help, I can't log in or I keep getting disconnected!

Follow these steps if you cannot access the game:
• Verify that your Internet connection is strong, as Might & Magic: Chess Royale requires your device to be connected at all times.
• Verify that you have the latest version of the application installed. You can manually check that on the App Store, Google Play or on Ubisoft Connect.
• The game could be unavailable due to maintenances or server disruptions. Look for announcements on our social channels.
• If the above do not help, please send a report to our developers so they can look into your specific issue.
• If you still need help, we advise you to contact the Support team.
