If you see players in Might & Magic: Era of Chaos who break any of the rules outlined in our Code of Conduct, please report the player to our teams via in-game Support tab, and choose bottom Contact the support.
Please be assured that we are actively enforcing our Code of Conduct and taking the necessary actions to fight against cheaters or bad behaviour in our games.

1. Fill in your information and choose General/Feedback under the Select issue drop list;
2. Provide Report Reason in text format (i.e. How you feel the player violated our Code of Conduct) in Description box and submit it;
3. Once your ticket has been submitted, there will be a Ubisoft Support confirmation email sent to your mailbox, please feel free to use the Update your ticket link in the email to upload any evidence files such as screenshots, videos or any other information that can identify the player, which also help us to carry on further investigation.
