General Console Game Troubleshooting

If you are having problems with your game, please follow the suggestions listed below:

Start by clearing the Xbox 360 hard drive cache. Doing so will clear title updates from the system:

1. Starting at the Xbox 360 dashboard, press the Xbox guide button.
2. Scroll to the far-right and choose "System Settings".
3. Choose "Storage".
4. Highlight your hard drive and press "Y" for Device Options.
5. Select "Clear System Cache".

If you are still having problems with your game, please follow the steps below to delete the game and redownload from the Xbox Live Marketplace.

​​​​1. Press the Xbox 360 guide button (Middle of controller)
2. Scroll to the settings blade (Far Right) and select System Settings
3. Select Storage
4. Highlight and select your storage device
5. Select Games and Apps
6. Locate and select your game from the list in order to delete
