I have lost my save file or I'm using a new device. What can I do to recover my game? To restore a game, log into the Facebook account you linked it to from the Social tab and the game will restart with your previous profile. However, if your game was not linked to Facebook, unfortunately, it cannot be recovered and you'll have to start over with the new game.
How can I improve the graphics in my game? Low graphics is the result of your device not having the internal hardware to be able to display the full 3D quality of the game. When the game is first installed, it detects your hardware and if your device cannot display max graphics, it will run a calibration test. The test will scale down your graphics quality by lowering textures, decreasing ground density, such as grass thickness, and removing NPCs to what your device can handle without losing performance. This is automatic, so unfortunately, the graphics quality you see cannot be changed.
How can I get a refund? Due to this, you will receive varying outcomes which can range from the controller working as intended, to only partially working or not at all. There are no settings within the game to modify this functionality, so we are unable to change the functionality of the controller that you're trying to use.
