You can view your proof of purchase in your Order history.
When attaching your proof of purchase to a support case, please ensure the screenshot includes all necessary details, including:
• Account name: You may need to click on your username in the top-right corner of the screen to display this information.
• Amount paid.
• Date of purchase.
• Name of product.
• Order number.
• Order status.
• Xbox Live email address.
• Xbox Live email address.
