In some cases, we might ask you to share a copy of your Ubisoft Connect log files with us.
The files help us get a full picture of the situation and investigate the cause of the issue you are experiencing.
By default, they are located in the following directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\logs
Once you have located the files, please attach them to your support ticket by using the + Add Files option on the ticket and submit the update.
