Recovery codes are unique, one-use
codes you receive when you set up 2-Step verification
on your account.
You will receive these recovery codes in an email from AccountSupport@ubi.com
with the subject line 2-Step Verification Recovery Codes.
If you cannot find this email, we recommend checking your SPAM/Junk folder.
If you have enabled the feature on your mobile device
, you can also request a text message
with a recovery code.
Recovery codes can be used instead of a verification code to log into your Ubisoft account
if you cannot access to your usual verification method, so keep them safe
Should you lose access
to your verification method or have trouble generating
a valid code, we recommend temporarily disabling
the security feature. You can then set it up again to receive another set of recovery codes.

for help with disabling
Please note that you do not need to have access to your verification or recovery codes to contact us. In the interest of security, we will take you through an alternate Account Ownership Verification process before we make any changes to your account.
