Troubleshooting connectivity issues in The Crew (PC)

What can I do to resolve issues with connectivity and online features in The Crew on PC?

Before diving into the thick of the troubleshooting, it is important to understand that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and the way you share the connection speed play a huge role in how you experience the game.

To try improving your overall connection to the game and its features, please try the below steps in the order listed:

• Reset network hardware.

• Switch to a wired connection.

• Check for software conflicts.

• Enable UPnP.
Please contact your ISP for additional information and help with enabling this feature.

Forward ports used by the game.
Below are the ports you need for The Crew:

TCP: 13000, 14000, 14008
UDP: 3000 - 3003

This step will also help you establish an Open NAT for your connection with the game.

Please note that you may need to forward additional ports for Uplay services.

• Reset the Hosts file.

• Flush DNS.

• Check for external restrictions.
