Appealing a Growtopia account sanction

If your account is proven to have breached or violated The Growtopian Code, we will apply necessary punishments.

In many occasions the reason of the suspension is displayed to you when you log into the game. If you would like to know why you have been sanctioned and for how long, please make sure to look for the reason upon login, before contacting us.

If you genuinely think that the sanction is not justified, please let us know and we will be happy to investigate further.

Sometimes, however, sanctions are a direct result of a compromised account; in those cases, we strongly recommend securing your account. In case you will be unable to do so on your own, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note that we will not lift sanctions resulting from fraudulent and illegal activities.
