Should the issue persist please try the below steps in the order listed, logging in after completing each step to see if the issues have been resolved:
On Ubisoft webpages
• Try our browser troubleshooting
• Test your log in on a different network (such as, another Wi-Fi network or via mobile data).
On Ubisoft Connect PC
• Make sure that the Ubisoft Connect is not set to offline mode
